
— Stone powder was received from a quarry in the Chugoku region of the Honshu island of Japan as shown in Fig. 1. The parent rock was granite, and the stone powder was dry with a moisture content of 0.3%. The type E stone powder was separated into four particle sizes: A (>75 µm), B (40–75 µm), C (20–40 µm) and D (<20 µm).
